*Salary RN I: $44,584-$51,259/RN II: $46,788-$58,690/RN III: $52,548-$67,192 Plus Shift Differential for evenings, overnight and weekends, and full State benefits.

Shift Hours Rotating Shifts: 7am-3pm; 3pm-11pm; 11pm-7am (weekends and holidays required)

Summary Statement
The incumbent in this position provides nursing services including, but not limited to: direct nursing care, assessments, nursing care plans, and coordination of health care services for the residents. The incumbent will supervise and evaluate the care provided to the residents by the Certified Nursing Assistants. In addition, regular contact with residents, families, nursing staff, physicians, dietary, pharmacy, administration, and other ancillary departments of the facility is required.

• Provides or evaluates direct nursing care.

• Develops, implements and/or reviews nursing care plans.

• Provides health care instruction and guidance to individuals, families, community groups and/or nursing home facilities in the management of their health care needs.

• Maintains an effective working relationship with other members of the treatment team.

• Prepares and submits records, reports, evaluations and forms.

• Participates in and make recommendations regarding quality assurance activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Registered Nurse I*
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
1. Possession of a Delaware Registered Nurse license, Delaware temporary license or multi-state compact license.
JOB REQUIREMENTS for Registered Nurse II
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
1. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing OR at least one year experience as a Registered Nurse.
2. Possession of a Delaware Registered Nurse license OR multi-state compact license.
JOB REQUIREMENTS for Registered Nurse III
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
1. At least two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse OR a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing and at least one year experience as a Registered Nurse OR a Master’s degree or higher in Nursing.
2. Possession of a Delaware Registered Nurse license OR multi-state compact license.
