Business Process Manager (The Chemours Company FC, LLC / Wilmington, DE) – Drive delivery of overall Commercial team (Sales and Marketing) transformation; approximately 30% of time spent guiding on proper use of management tools processes; reinforce use of business platform including web-based program management tool that combines activity tracking with powerful impact measurement which ensures business can quickly and efficiently execute large-scale transformation programs that deliver maximum impact; make use of platform and its link to Global Product/Offering Development and Product Deployment (PDM) integrated processes to achieve next level organizational engagement; connect the development of new offerings/products to all business’ Functions (Manufacturing, Supply, Technology, Commercial Operation, Sales, Marketing and Quality) to ensure correct decision-making process is executed for planning and delivery to the Market; coach, develop and motivate project leaders and stakeholders in the use of different processes ensuring outcomes are in alignment with business strategic goals defined by the leadership team; escalate issues, concerns and road-blocks that cannot be resolved through influence. Requires Bachelor’s in Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a directly-related scientific field and two years of experience in job offered or as a Research and Development Engineer. Background in education, training or experience in Finance (project analysis and valuation); training related to the use of structured and data driven methodologies such as Six Sigma and Design for Growth; experience in manufacturing, new product development, Marketing and integrated business processes; background in innovation and new product development processes involving stage gate methodologies. 20% travel required to company sites, of which 10% is international; no telecommuting benefit, no alternate work or residence location available.
