Job Requirements:

•Independently develop quantitative models.

•Work with the managers for the entire modeling lifecycle: data collection, model design, model development, model validation, model implementation, and model performance tracking after the implementation

•Review results with internal model validation team and line of business for reasonableness from both statistical and business perspectives.

•Document the whole modeling process for audit purpose.

•Interact with model governance team and regulators to provide the requested analyses and documents.

•Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

8am – 5pm

Job Description:

The incumbent will work with the modeling manager to develop advanced quantitative models. This position will also require data analysis and statistical modeling experiences. In addition, the candidate will champion each developed model through the validation processes.

Qualifications:

•Advanced degree in the quantitative fields Statistics, Econometrics, Physics, and Mathematics

•2-5 years modeling experience in financial industry

•Strong quantitative and statistical skills

•Proficiently use SAS/Python for data extraction, clean and analysis, and model development

•Confidently pull the large data from database

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel(Pivot table), Powerpoint to prepare and present the analysis results to the audience

•Good communication skills in written and verbal
