Job Description

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

+ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

+ Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

+ Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

+ Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

+ Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices

+ Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture

+ Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Big Data/Cloud – Apache Spark, Hadoop (Cloudera/Hortonworks), AWS/Gaia.Experience in development of cloud deployable Spring Boot applications.Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Java, Python etc.Experience in UI development using AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript etc.

+ Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement.Understanding of architecture and design across involved systems.Hands on experience and working proficiency in developmental tool sets.Application Development work experience – Agile environment preferred.Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.

+ Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Continuous Deployment.Experience with automated testing including unit, integration and acceptance testing.Experience of working on high data volume processing applications (batch and/or real-time)

+ Knowledge of Spring Data Flow, Data Streams and Batch processing technologies and architecture.Experience with distributed caches such as GemFire, ehCache, Hazelcast.Practical knowledge of User Experience (UX) or Design Thinking.Knowledge of Big Data or distributed computing technologies and infrastructure.Experience in Performance/load testing
