As a seasoned executive in Information Security
Management, you know what it takes to create the information security policies
and control solutions that safeguard our computing environment. In this role
you’ll work with our global team, including innovative technologists and senior
management, on cybersecurity, risk and controls, sharing your deep knowledge of
cybersecurity with business and technology groups. Through managing a team of
experts, you’ll develop strategies and solutions to enhance our global security
posture and culture.
Leading by example, you’ll be a part of a culture of
collaboration and transparency by engaging in strategic dialogue with business
and technology leaders from across the firm.
You’ll also provide oversight and guidance for forums related to
awareness, resolution or escalation, ensuring that we not only protect critical
systems and information, but also comply with regulatory requirements around
The information security management associate will serve
as a point of contact and escalations for IT Risk, Cyber, and IAM related
topics and supporting respective lines of business. This individual will
leverage their technical knowledge and experience to all aspects of risk and
controls management, helping aligned CTO organizations to identify risk,
develop remediation plans, and drive remediation efforts pertaining to data
warehousing and machine learning related projects. Additionally, this role will
partner with peer ISMs to develop and continuously mature the ISM processes and
procedures to support the large scale IT Risk and Controls need of the aligned
CTO Sub LOB. Finally, the ISM will provide risk and controls oversight for the
CTO sub lines of business migration to internal and public clouds, while
driving controls adherence and maturity in the process.

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Established leadership skills to act as aculture carrier across a matrixed organization
+ Mastery of multiple business disciplines andfunctions, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments,access controls, control remediation, regulatory compliance, technologyresiliency, risk and control governance and metrics, incident management,secure systems development lifecycle, vulnerability management and dataprotection
+ Expertise in resource management;technological, organizational, and operational change management; conflictresolution; negotiation; stakeholder management; controls; partnership andinfluence; and budget and financial management, including business casecompletion
+ Ability to lead large, collaborative teams toachieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative andinclusive culture
+ A data warehousing background and significantexperience/understanding of ETL and relational database technologies isrequired. Understanding of Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop, and Unix Access modelswould be essential for this role
+ 3-5 years’ experience with one, or more, ofthe following: Distributed Applications, Unix/Linux, Apache/Tomcat/Websphere,Mainframe, Unix shell/Perl/Python or similar languages
+ Project management or equivalent experienceis required as is demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
+ Preferred experience includes understandingof deployment Engineering, Logging, monitoring, intelligent alerting, andself-healing technical processes and/or machine learning. CISSP, CRISC, CISA orother relevant certifications are also preferred
