Salesforce Specialist (Job Number: 205273W-01)
+ Coordinating and managing business requests and issues in the region
+ Carrying out regional SFDC CRM key user related tasks ensuring timely execution
+ Creating and running reports from the CRM systems for analysis
+ Providing analysis and input on CRM process improvements.
+ Participating in CRM project teams and carrying out the needed work for the region/globally
+ Leading CRM projects both regionally and globally
+ Communicating clearly within region
+ Carrying out training for CRM users across the S&C organization in region/globally, including Data Privacy Training
+ Lead Management Monitoring
+ Collaboration with Digital Marketing to ensure alignment with CRM
+ Responsible for all customer data privacy related tasks in the region
+ Planning and creating Getfeedback.com surveys for the region, advising the businesses on survey creation
Education: Bachelor Degree Required
Experience: At least 2 years of meaningful experience in CRM Marketing or Sales including active Salesforce.com or other CRM tool usage.
Analytical skills: Ability to read reports and analyse data and good technical skills
Communication Skills : As you will be dealing with many businesses and functions, effective communication skills that ensure successful conveyance of information and execution of duties are a must.
Technical Skills: Good understanding of processes, knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com), relevant experience working with MS Office, learning agility and intellectual curiosity. Any other system knowledge as SharePoint, SAP, Reporting tools are a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Customer service orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling many balls at once. The candidate needs to be self-driven, detail-oriented and be able to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects.
People skills: an ability to create strong, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships. The candidate must be likeable and easily relatable in order facilitate cross-functional interactions and, most importantly, customer relationships.
Languages: Fluent in oral and written English, all other languages are a plus.
