The candidate will be member of the Chase Auto Dealer
Services finance team. The Dealer
Services finance team serves as a planning and analytical resource to help
executives manage, forecast, plan and gain insight into the financial
profitability of the business. The Dealer Services finance team
responsibilities include preparation and analysis of profitability reporting
packages; preparation of annual operational budgets, forecasts and business
plans for the Dealer Services business; preparation of monthly earnings
estimates and earnings variance explanations; providing timely and accurate
information and analysis to support management decision making; tracking and
reporting performance against financial and non financial metrics; verifying
the accuracy and adherence to company policy of all expense related line items;
creating templates, models and schedules to be utilized for forecast/budget
submissions and preparation of management reports; facilitating departmental
expense planning/forecasting activities by providing historical financial trend
data, operating results and analytical support; maintaining/populating a
database of financial information to be used for analyzing new volume metrics,
portfolio metrics, operating costs and performance metrics; acting as a
financial liaison between the functional areas and the CFO organization; and
preparing presentations for review with management. Ideal candidate will help
support the Dealer Services finance team in all aspects of Management Reporting
related to the Auto Finance Dealer Services organization. The team member will use Excel and PowerPoint
in conjunction with JPMorgan’s financial tools to create meaningful reports and
analysis.

Specific responsibilities may include:

+ Partner with the business to forecast originationvolumes and revenue to ensure portfolio profitability is accurately representedand to ensure management has accurate information to make businessdecisions

+ Partner with business and risk partners to develop,update and/or review financial projections included in business cases insupport of new business initiatives, including potential technologyinvestments

+ Prepare and submit required reporting and perform analysisin support of Dealer Services portfolio management and profitabilitymonitoring

+ Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

+ 6-8yearsfinancial analysis or accounting experience, consumer lending industryexperience a plus

+ Excellent communication and partnering skills

+ Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interactwith broad scope of employees, including those at more tenured levels

+ Self-motivated individual with the ability toeffectively prioritize multiple projects and tasks

+ Proficiency in Microsoft applications, includingadvanced Microsoft Excel skills, and Essbase
