We’re a team of specialists charged with managing the firm’s liquidity, capital and risk, and providing the overall financial control and reporting functions. Whether assessing the creditworthiness of the firm’s counterparties, monitoring market risks associated with trading activities, or offering analytical and regulatory compliance support, our work contributes directly to the firm’s success. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals who have strong ethics and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

This role is to assist and support the Frankfurt Head of Federation(MD). The role also supports the broader Federation divisions for the Frankfurt Office where needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Initial point of contact for all administrative queries concerning Frankfurt Federation

+ Supporting on ad hoc projects as needed for the Frankfurt Office

+ General administrative duties, e.g. coordinating of diaries including arranging internal and external meetings, manage calendars and contacts. Processing expenses and invoices, ordering supplies and keeps inventory well-stocked

+ Managing communication both internally and externally (boards and other high level individuals)

+ Maintaining understanding of firm policies and handling of tasks highly independently

+ Preparing and distributing (cross-)divisional correspondence as requested, support preparing the regular Federation Newsletter

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

+ Managing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities independently

+ Strong communication skills in English and German at all levels including Board of Directors

+ High attention to detail

+ Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills

+ Strong proficiency in MS Office

+ Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information

+ Team player with positive attitude

+ Preferably 4+ years of experience in a similar position / corporate environment
