As a Trust Administrator, you will provide superior customer service to clients through effective account administration and support of Transaction Managers and Senior Trust Administrators. This includes monitoring contract provisions and responding to customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
Some of the things you will be doing:
+ Review and process account requests. This includes preparation of written directions to the operations team to execute transactions such as entering wires and issuing checks. Making sure all account actions are in accordance with department procedures.
+ Receive and record incoming assets ensuring deposits are done promptly and accurately.
+ Communicate with clients regarding specific account information including due dates, distributions, notices and generating statements.
+ Account set up, including Maui, Salesforce, and Transtar, organizing account set up documents, updating appropriate spreadsheets and ticklers.
+ Billing and collection of fees.
+ Reviewing reconciliations.
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
+ College Degree
+ Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
+ Computer skills including Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
+ Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
+ Previous experience in the financial services or legal industry
