Job Description

The Firmwide
Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team resides within Corporate
Finance. The group is responsible for the execution and delivery against the
Firm’s regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S. regulators. The team has end-to-end responsibility for
US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing, including the design,
implementation, and oversight of the execution, analysis, and control and
governance frameworks. Its mandate
includes determining the appropriate investment in people, processes and
technology to improve the accuracy, completeness and consistency of the Firm’s
US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing submissions, as well as the
implementation of new requirements and guidelines as they are published.

The
objectives of the FRRA Team are to provide leadership on all aspects of US
regulatory reporting and firmwide capital stress-testing, including both
internal and regulatory requirements.

The Country
Exposure Regulatory Reporting team within the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting
& Analysis (“FRRA”) team is responsible for the accurate and timely
preparation of the FFIEC 009 Country Exposure Report filed with the Federal
Reserve regulatory agency. The FFIEC 009
provides information on the global distribution, by country, of claims on, and
liabilities to, foreign residents held by U.S banks and bank holding companies.

Responsibilities:

As Associate
in the Country Exposure Reporting team this role will be responsible for the preparation
and consolidation of the FFIEC 009 Country Exposure Report and assisting with
various team initiatives. The individual will work with a team of finance
professionals, collaborating and working in a team environment to achieve the
teams targeted objectives.

Responsibilities will include (but not
limited to):

+ Develop an understanding of andsupport JPMC’s quarterly regulatory requirements and processes

+ Coordinate and consolidate submissionsfrom schedule preparers

+ Support the build-out / automation anduser acceptance testing (UAT) of the reporting tools (e.g., FRI and Axiom)

+ Assist in the analysis and enhancementof the quarterly reconciliation controls between the FFIEC 009 and FR- Y9C

+ Assist in the development of VarianceAnalytic Framework for all schedules that require variance commentary deliveredto regulators

+ Assist in enhancing the governance andattestation framework

+ Work with the team to perform analysisand create presentations that will be used for senior management discussionand/or used for presentation to regulators

+ Support team with initiatives to continuallyimprove and enhance reporting process

+ Assist in resolving and responding toad-hoc requests from management, other groups and regulatory agencies in atimely manner

+ Serve as primary regulatory liaisonfor notifications, questions/follow-ups, and issues and errors

+ Bachelor’s degreerequired, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred

+ 3-5 years ofrelevant experience

+ Strong analytical,written, oral communication and end-to-end generalist problem-solving skills

+ Ability to workindependently and multitask

+ Excellentorganizational skills with keen attention to detail

+ ChangeManagement: ability to help drive change with management direction butwithout having to be prescribed to

+ ProjectManagement: ability to help develop, plan and execute projects and createremediation plans and actions with timely updates to management

+ Control mindset(ability to identify and close control gaps and/or issues)

+ Ability toquickly understand a complex matrix of systems across the infrastructure andtheir interdependencies and relationships

+ Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint in particular)

+ Self-motivated,takes initiative and ownership, and develops meaningful and effective workingrelationships
