Role Summary

Leads the strategy and implementation of
IT’s internal transformation and change roadmap. Serves as a strategic advisor on best
practices and innovative methods to maximize messaging opportunities that
result in successful cultural transformations.
Identifies appropriate platforms and channels (internal and external), to
target key audiences with IT’s strategic narrative; building engagement,
enthusiasm and adoption of Corteva’s IT vision.

Key Responsibilities& Accountabilities

Responsibilities

+ Championenterprise-wide transformation efforts for IT initiatives

+ LeadIT employees through periods of ambiguity and times of organizational change

+ Alignwith broader IT Leadership team on definition, design, development, anddelivery of IT training, collaborate effectively with all levels of the ITorganization

+ Createchange management plan for IT organization for measurable outcomes

+ Partnerwith Metrics & Reporting Lead to create and monitor metrics and analyticsto quantify the impact of the communication initiatives

+ Anticipateopportunities for ambiguity and misperception and offer options for issueresolution

+ Collaboratewith IT’s HR representative to conduct surveys for a pulse check on the ITorganization and to keep IT compliant on HR mandated training

+ Enhanceemployee understanding of IT’s transformation agenda by creating opportunitiesfor engagement

+ Identifycreative ways to celebrate successful milestones throughout the change journey

+ Supportthe CIO’s inclusion and diversity agenda

+ Tieclosely to Metrics and Reporting Lead to baseline, measure, and track IT skillsand competencies

+ Conductanalyses and identify team growth opportunities

+ Useknowledge of instructional design to develop, support, deliver, and managetraining activities

+ TrackIT workforce engagement with training and conferences

+ Define,communicate, and champion knowledge sharing capabilities

Qualifications

Key Competencies

Technical Competencies

+ OrganizationalChange Management certification (e.g., ProSci ADKAR) – preferred but notrequired

+ Experiencewith online surveys to gauge employee engagement and perception

+ Familiaritywith multiple channels of training – LMS systems, niche and creative learningplatforms like Coursera, Udemy

Leadership Competencies

+ Strongchange management, internal communication, and stakeholder influencing skills

+ Strongverbal and written communication skills

+ Excellentrelationship management

+ Abilityto work through ambiguity

Experience & Education Required

+ 5+years of experience influencing change and culture in organizations

+ B.S.in Management Information Systems or Business Management, or related field
