The HR Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is a newly established centralized global team responsible for all aspects of data strategy, governance, reporting and analytics for workforce data. We have a vision to help make individuals, teams, and businesses at JPMC among the most engaged and productive in the world. Our mission is to create workforce insights that allow leaders to make evidence-based people decisions that help drive measurable business outcomes.
We are currently looking for a Lead User Experience – Vice President to lead all aspects of UI Design. This role will report to the Head of Workforce Analytics and can be based out Newark, DE or Columbus, OH.
The user experience lead role is responsible for promoting design thinking through proven practices to inform product and development roadmaps. This role will support the analytics journey across the employee lifecycle, uncovering opportunities through close collaboration with clients and supporting CDAO teams. This will require a strong point of view on design, hands-on creation of experiences, developing strategies for implementation within a complex ecosystem and building meaningful relationships within the organization. The role will also lead the development of a firmwide workforce analytics portal that will serve as a single point of entry for easy visual access to all workforce data by different segments and use cases.
+ Implement design solutions across products and user portals that provide a cohesive yet targeted client experience
+ Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes (as needed) to communicate intended experiences
+ Employ data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, and business goals to refine and iterate client experience journeys
+ Understand the business goals and customer base for the experience
+ Present and communicate work and recommendations to the larger CDAO organization
+ Build consensus among stakeholders and partner with CDAO leads to inform high quality experiences
+ Provide clear vision and documentation, including use cases, product requirements, and high-level wire frames to support UX design, tech development, and operations support
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 7+ years designing across multiple devices and platforms (UX/UI of mobile + web applications, experience with consumer application design preferred)
+ Online portfolio or work examples required
+ Ability to influence others and provide thought leadership on design
+ Ability to comprehend and visually articulate product requirements
+ Experience in building UI functional prototypes (e.g. Invision, Principle, Axure, etc.)
+ Proven understanding of responsive web & mobile application design and wireframe development
+ Establish and reinforce consistent design patterns across multiple teams and platforms
+ Understanding of HR analytics delivery tools is a plus
+ Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment
