Job Description

The Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) CCAR PMO team is part of CCB Finance and manages the Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR) related deliverables and tasks for CCB. The PMO team manages tasks, understands and tracks progress, issues and risks, as well as provides holistic updates to executive management on a regular basis. The team coordinates the CCAR deliverable across all Sub-LOBs within CCB (Consumer Bank, Business Banking, CWM, Auto, Student, Mortgage, Credit Card). This includes coordinating the execution of CCAR submissions to our regulators (Semi-Annual), remediation of existing MRIA/MRA issued, and driving improvements in our Finance forecasting processes and control/risk environment.

As a Project Manager, you will be working on multiple projects (CCAR related) that are complex, cross functional, cross LOB programs and have significant impact on the businesses. The project has high visibility and you will gain great exposure to multiple businesses within CCB. You work closely with LOB PMOs, Finance teams, CFOs, CROS, and business leads. You will learn each business at a high level, and help assess if outputs make sense, articulate their status and actions, and help identify trouble areas.

Key responsibilities

+ Act as liaison with Sub-LOBs, and Corporate and Others (i.e. Challenger, KEYS, Business Control Officers, MRG)

+ Develop and manage integrated project plans

+ Create executive presentations that summarize plans, progress, and issues/risks or address ad-hoc requests

+ Manage and prioritize the numerous requests and deadlines

+ Drive improvements in processes and consistencies across LOBs in the CCAR process, improve efficiency in their deliverable or outputs

+ Participate and enhance Controls/Risk environment in different areas

+ Learn and articulate stress forecasting processes for each LOB

+ Provide timely updates and escalate material issues noted at LOBS

+ Interface and coordinate across teams from Card, Mortgage, Business Banking, Consumer, and Auto/Student (i.e. PMOs, Finance P&A teams, modelers)

+ Organize and maintain CCAR documentation centrally for CCB so it is easily accessible for future references and regulators

Qualifications

+ Bachelors’ degree required

+ Experiences with project management tools and software are NOT required

+ Excellent and proven communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to communicate effectively at many levels of the organization including senior management, Communicates effective in written form ( Emails, PitchPro Powerpoint, Excel)

+ Perform under high stress and fast paced environment

+ Detailed oriented, organized, able to work with minimal supervision/guidance

+ Good prioritization skills

+ Skilled in problem solving and analytical reasoning

+ Proven relationship-building skills
