Job Description

The HCM Security Software Engineer
will work closely with Architects, Network Engineers, and Dev/Ops teams to
provide technical support, security architecture and security assurance
services internally across the firm’s HCM platform. The primary function
includes managing phased Oracle HCM implementation (and
supporting integrations with applications) and providing ongoing, BAU
support for modules released into Production. This includes working on various
security projects that are centered
on application development and deployment and raise the value of the overall
team delivery. This role will handle configuration of security with the Oracle
HCM product including reporting/role provisioning, role & access defect resolution,
SOD analyses, and continuous development and integration.

This role requires a wide variety
of strengths and capabilities, including:

+ BS/BAdegree or equivalent experience

+ Expertisein application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

+ Advancedknowledge of architecture, design across all systems

+ Proficiencyin multiple modern programming languages like SQL, XML, and scripting languages

+ Knowledgeof industry wide technology trends and best practices

+ Keenunderstanding of financial control and budget management

+ Abilityto work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, andpassionate about building an innovative culture

+ 4+years of hands-on experience with SQL and with Oracle Fusion OR equivalentexperience with the Oracle PeopleSoft platform. The successful applicant willalso have been working with softwareproduct security, systems development, or IT security administration andoperations for 4+ years

+ Knowledgeof XML (e.g., DTDs, XSDs,XSLT etc.), Messaging systems (e.g., Oracle JMS, QPID, ActiveMQ etc.)

+ Ability to consult on IT security operations andapplications security systems engineering designs

+ Preferred qualifications:Experience in Oracle security and user management implementation witha good understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC); N-Tier, object-oriented,service design, and network/application/database security architectureexperience; experience withMule; experience with JIRA
