The individual will be required to work with partners across Strategies, Policy, Operations, Internal Technology and Vendors to ensure seamless end to implementation of strategic initiatives for Client Protection. Associate will need to provide subject matter expertise to help drive development of business requirements, test plans, test scripts and validations. Will act as a centralized point of quality control reviewing test cases, and output for other associates on the team. Associate will be responsible for identifying automation and efficiency opportunities across throughout the testing lifecycle. Strong technical skills are highly desired.
+ 2-5 years SAS experience is required
+ Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
+ Previous experience within Financial Services
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
+ Ability to think outside the box and excellent drive/desire to dig in, learn and make a difference
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ In depth knowledge of Authorization and Fraud Detection processes
+ Beginner to Intermediate experience withPython
+ Prior Experience with: TSYS, FLASH, Brainiac, HULC or IFP
+ Previous Experience with: ALM, JIRA/Rally and DATA X
+ Prior Testing Experience (QA or UAT)
+ Prior Experience automating test case execution
+ Completed Agile project training
*Role can be filled as an Analyst II or Analyst III depending on skill set
Responsible for performing complex analysis and modeling. Utilizes a variety of systems including, but not limited to Excel, Access, Visual Basic, SAS, and InfoQuest at an intermediary level. Provides analytical support on various strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the production of performance reports and updates for senior management. May utilize established databases to provide statistical and financial modeling. Analyzes portfolio trends, concerning risk, loss trends, marketing performance, portfolio dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria. Will participate in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion and independent judgment. 2-5 years experience preferred.
