customers easy access to their credit score along with educational content and

As a Product Associate for Credit Journey, you will
participate in the design and delivery of the Credit Journey platform within
the agile software delivery lifecycle. The position will support delivery of
the product roadmap through translation of key business priorities into a
functioning platform that delights users.
You will work closely with business and technical teams across multiple
lines of business with the objectives of improving the platform, reducing risks
and process gaps, and enhancing the customer experience. This position will provide a unique
opportunity to fully understand the core functionality and design of the
platform which can be used to contribute to the incorporation of new features.

+ Support the delivery of CreditJourney’s digital product capabilities that engage customers, scale theplatform, and deepen customer relationships

+ Translate high level roadmap featuresinto actionable, scrum team-ready user stories

+ Partner with multiple stakeholders(eg. designers, marketers, product managers, copywriters, etc) to ensure eachstory’s scope is understood, defined, and ready for refinement. This caninclude partnering to produce user experience design specifications,requirements documentation, copy matrices and other relevant documentation tosupport development of user stories and acceptance criteria.

+ Acquire detailed functionalunderstanding of application and requirements to become a domain expert inorder to provide key insights to platform operations and contribute to futureproduct development

+ Release preparation and managementincluding development of release notes, servicing memos, issue resolution andfirst occurrence validations/smoke testing

+ Identity, monitor and summarizeproduct adoption and success metrics

+ Maintain, publish, and present releaseroadmap documentation to align Credit Journey team and external stakeholders onfuture product delivery

+ Support competitive intelligence,market research, and industry trend analysis to influence product roadmap

+ 3-5+ years of relevant experiencein agile product delivery and/or business analysis including experience withenterprise business requirements

+ Detail oriented with a high levelof accuracy and proactive approach to problem-solving

+ Demonstrated ability to positivelyinteract with cross-functional teams internally and externally to achievespecific business results

+ Preferred experience working infinancial services industry

+ Superior written and verbalcommunication skills

+ Effective at prioritizing andmanaging multiple initiatives concurrently

+ Customer focused with the abilityto turn insights into action

+ Bachelor’s degree required
