Responsibilities:

Lead a team of analysts, technical development team and production support analysts supporting delivery for initiatives covering web systems, ERPs and other applications, and business intelligence systems

Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on system design and development, implement new applications, technology currency and ongoing maintenance of web systems supporting various business units

Lead and manage the portfolio of work for various business units while working across the Global Business Services (GBS) organizations; including teams responsible for requirements, project and program management, solution architecture, quality assurance, infrastructure and production support

Develop, maintain and continuously improve the metrics, comply to security practices for systems, SLAs of the environments in which our web systems have been deployed

Develop and maintain the various environments including development, test, production, and business continuity, as well as develop and implement mentoring, training, coaching, performance feedback, regular evaluation for associates of the requirements team members

Lead and manage continuous improvement planning deliverables while helping to ensure solutions are being delivered are per standards of availability, scalability and security point of view and that are done on time with highest quality

Qualifications:

A minimum of seven years of progressive and broad technical experience working with enterprise architecture, systems requirements, project and program management, systems design and delivery, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams

A minimum of five years of experience software development experience, as well as experience delivering large web-based systems; Java and/or .Net prefer Java

Experience supporting systems utilizing a combination of the following technologies including, Java/J2EE (Spring, Spring Batch) and/or .Net (C#, ASP.Net), Databases (Oracle, SQL Server) technologies

Experience implementing unit testing (Junit or NUnit), code coverage, application profiling and databases

Knowledge in service bus such as IIB and integration with ERP Systems (SAP, JD Edwards) is a plus

Demonstrated experience in using a combination of toolsets including one or more of the following: JIRA; SVN/TFS; Jenkins; UML; to deliver systems
