Job Description

The successful candidate for the position of Production Supervisor shall be fully capable of performing all job functions listed in 1.0 and possess all the qualifications itemized in Sections 2.0 through 5.0.

1. Job Tasks

1.1. Ensure safe work environment throughout the facility.

1.2. Ensure quality of all manufactured and consumed materials.

1.3. Complete documentation in accordance to standard operating procedures.

1.4. Maintain production outputs and processes including maintenance, material handling, and other tasks necessary to assure production operations.

1.5. Ensure daily operation of scheduled work centers, including schedule adherence and reporting of daily operations

1.6. Maintain supply inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level on hand. Notify purchasing staff as needed to avoid stock-outs.

1.7. Maintain continuity of communication regarding staffing, training, scheduling and operations.

1.8. Contributes to team efforts for process and product improvement.

4. Physical Requirements
