Role Summary

The IT
Collaboration Leader will oversee and manage the delivery of Corteva’s digital
collaboration and Unified Communications strategy and services. This
position will transform the way colleagues work by deploying easy-to-use
meeting, video conferencing, online communities and internal social networking
tools. This individual will not only be
a subject matter expert but also a change leader who drives adoption and
clearly communicates the business value of these services. This position will lead the delivery of IT’s
collaboration roadmap and oversee a global team responsible for providing a
seamless collaboration, communication and colleague engagement experience
across the Corteva enterprise.

Key Responsibilities& Accountabilities

Responsibilities

+ Lead the designand execution of IT’s digital collaboration and communicationroadmap.

+ Assess theenvironment, analyze performance and system health data and developtransformational executable plans.

+ Responsible foraligning the technology roadmap with the business strategic goals andtranslating into requirements, architecting and designing solutionsleveraging emerging technologies.

+ Serve as thesubject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of digital real-timecollaboration, meeting and social networking tools and the underlyingtechnology components including Networks, Unified Communications (UC),Voice Systems, VOIP, and Cloud Solutioning strategy.

+ Evaluate emergingtechnologies and make recommendations that would improve the userexperience, technology architecture, delivery, performance, andscalability.

+ Oversee 24/7service operations and KPI compliance.

+ Establish metrics,key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continuallyimprove the performance of networking and voice operations.

+ Participate in ITstrategic planning, project planning and budget planning efforts.

+ Up to 20% domestictravel

+ Demonstrated experience managing alarge transformation program in a matrixed environment.

+ Ability to present strategic plans toexecutives.

+ Demonstrated experience managing large, complex enterprise environments.

+ Demonstrated critical thinking and planning at a strategic level.

+ Ability to translate strategic plans into specific objectives, and to create and execute project plans to achieve objectives.

+ Experience in leading large enterprise transformational programs.

+ Ability to build, coach and lead a global team, strong collaboration style to ensure services quality and engagement with other IT teams.

+ Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities, and to redirect managers and teams toward new objectives.

+ Strong financial management skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

+ Experience creating and maintaining virtual meeting tools (ex: WebEX, Zoom or MS Teams).

Leadership Competencies

+ Confident speaker with ability to present, interact, and connect with executives, engineers and technical contacts.

+ Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

+ Ability to build, coach and lead a global team, strong collaboration style to ensure services quality and engagement with other IT teams.

+ Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities, and to redirect managers and teams toward new objectives.

+ Strong leadership and management abilities.

+ Ability to lead cross-functional project teams in implementing projects of a complex nature and experience leading technical teams comprised of architects, engineers and operations.

+ A deep understanding of the interdependent relationship between network and voice infrastructure, information security and the applications/services they enable as well as the criticality of maintaining strong connections between the respective teams within IT.

Experience & Education Required

+ 10+ years of comprehensive and deep experience in enterprise digital collaboration and communications technology.

+ Unified Communications, Office 365, video conferencing and enterprise corporate broadcasts experience required.

+ Bachelor’s degree required.
