Role Summary

The IT organization within Corteva has a
challenging and exciting opportunity for an IT Business Partner for Human
Resources. This role will advise and support the HR function in setting the
technology strategy needed to achieve their larger objectives. The IT Business
Partner will develop business strategic roadmaps that lay out the technology
priorities and timelines and serve as a basis for translation into requirements
to be delivered. The leader will manage the IT investment portfolio in a
transparent manner to the business and be accountable for overall delivery and
evaluation of major programs and the associated investment outcomes. This role will serve as the direct interface
between IT and HR. The IT Business Partner for HR will be comfortable working
in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly matrix environment, developing a
strategy for the organization and a roadmap to achieve strategic goals. This
individual must be comfortable working with ambiguity and demonstrate
leadership presence and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities& Accountabilities

Responsibilities

+ Developand nurture IT’s strategic relationship with the HR Function; enable andfacilitate IT’s broader interactions with the business.

+ Developstrategic IT plans and roadmaps with the business; provide supporting analysis.

+ Partnerwith IT CoEs.

+ Solicitcore IT expertise, including Architects and Solution Delivery Leads, toestablish Annual Investment Portfolio following investment governance processes.

+ Collaboratewith Architects and Solution Delivery Leads to kick-off investment planning andrequirements gathering.

+ Prioritizeand manage IT investment portfolio on an ongoing basis.

+ Representbusiness/functions perspective in IT investment governance processes.

+ Partnerwith Digital Center of Excellence to leverage digital and innovation expertisewithin specific Business Unit.

+ Deliveron intended outcomes of planned IT solutions to the business.

+ Businessoutcomes realized after implementation of IT solutions.

+ Responsibleto develop and maintain strong strategic relationships between IT and differentbusiness stakeholders.

Accountabilities

+ Accountablefor IT investments and roadmaps always aligned with business and IT strategy.

+ Providethought leadership with regards to technology trends and their impact on theHuman Resources function and the business.

+ Maintainrelationships within the enterprise, and the industry; influence Corteva’s IT’soverall technology direction.

Technical Competencies

+ Experiencein change implementation planning and management.

+ Experiencein IT portfolio management and manage business investment.

Additional Competencies

+ Strategic thinker with the ability to bemore than an “order taker” for the business – must stimulate, surface and shapebusiness strategy, portfolio alignment.

+ Superior communication skills, bothverbal and written.

Experience & Education Required

+ 10+ years of IT and business experiencewith increasing levels of leadership responsibility in systems analysis anddefining business requirements.

+ Minimum of a bachelor’s degree isrequired with preferred emphasis in Information Systems, Computer Science orEngineering.
