Job Description

Kforce has a client in search of an Assistant Administrator in Wilmington, Delaware (DE).Essential Functions:

  • Support senior-level executives and investment bankers
  • Arrange travel services and meetings for Executives
  • As an executive assistant, you will perform diverse duties and administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision-making for the organizational leader within Consumer Card Services and the Card Planning and Execution team
  • You will rely on excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
  • You will need focus on helping leadership coordinate personal and department activities
  • Duties will include coordinating meetings and calendar events, ordering and maintaining supplies, submitting expenses, and reviewing e-mails and prepare responses
  • Additionally, you will need to exercise independent judgment, escalating serious or unique problems as/if they arise
  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least three years of administrative experience and meeting coordination
  • Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling, ordering supplies, expense reports and travel planning)
  • Ability to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to the completion of assignments
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management
