What does a great Execution Services Specialist do at Fiserv?

The Professional Services Execution Services Specialist will provide analysis, consultation and recommendations to clients during deployment of DNA Core Financial Software and Online Account Opening Software. Working closely with the client and other internal partners you will design all of the forms needed for on-line banking.

You can look forward to:

+ Supporting the consulting team

+ Supporting all converting clients during their transition period to steady state

+ Triaging and resolving all cases or, transferring to proper peer group(s) for resolution

+ Configuring and Implementing DNA Core Processing Functionality

+ Configuring and Implementing Online Account Opening product

+ Documenting client and internal discussions and decisions

+ Handling & resolving a fixed percentage of Service cases

+ Testing new features and functionality of the DNA and iOpen product suite

+ Ensuring client satisfaction

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

+ High Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of relevant exp

+ Design experience for an on-line account opening within the banking or credit union industry

+ Proficiency in MS office tools

+ Working knowledge of SQL, HTML and JAVA

+ The ability to travel up to 15% of the time, this may include weekend and holidays

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

+ Associates Degree

+ Fiserv DNA or other core processing system experience

+ Subject Matter Expertise in the area of Deposit Processing to include new account opening all related regulatory impacts
