Job Description

Job Title: RBAC Developer

Job Location: Wilmington, DE

Job Type: Full Time

+ Develops, documents, and maintains information security identity and access control strategy and operational procedures, guidelines, and processes

+ Applies identity and access control concepts and practices in accordance with industry standards, security, risk management techniques, and governance/compliance requirements

+ Understanding of Big data and cloudera platform.

+ Working knowledge of windows/unix infrastructure

+ In-depth knowledge of Access Management (IAM)

+ Ability to use and integrate with vendor tools

+ Possess an understanding of how technology solutions meet identity and access control requirements to offer a range of security solutions for business partners’ current and aspirational needs

+ Researches emerging identity and access security topics, threats, capabilities, and solution options

+ Ability to understand security identity and access model of an application and assist in the design of Role Based Access Control roles to support the given security access model

+ Provide advisory guidance towards the implementation of RBAC controls in the required environments.

+ Oversee and provide insights on the gaps identified during the analysis of landscape for RBAC implementation

+ Lead design and implement RBAC controls to the existing assets and ensure full RABC controls are in place

+ Ensure all controls in place are in accordance with compliance regulations and best practice security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, etc.

+ Validate EAM Tool integration to the existing assets using Identity and Access management (IAM)

+ Assist with Development and support of identity and access solutions for Unix/Linux, Mainframe z/OS, Windows, big data, and cloud platforms

+ System design and programming skill is a must
