Kelly Services, Inc. is happy to exclusively present a contract opportunity for TWO full time roles as a Data Specialist at Dow DuPont Specialty Products in Wilmington, DE .

+ Experience: Do you have 1-3 years of work exposure with SAP or Supply Chain Experience

+ A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred, but experience is key .

The specialist focuses on the data creation and maintenance, including updates and deletion , of business data in the ERP system. The Data Specialist ensures the accuracy of ERP business data by applying the relevant business data rules, policies and procedures during the data creation or maintenance request processing.

Description of the Day to Day:

+ Review data requests for requirements and outcomes

+ Identify data dependencies

+ Validate requests, data and any dependencies for compliance with established data standards, policies and procedures

+ Format data, as needed, to meet data standards, policies and procedures

+ Create (populate), update (change) or delete (existing) data

+ Create, change or delete dependent data, as needed

+ Interact with requisite business application(s)

+ Reviews and processes business requests to create, update or delete business data

+ Gathers data from content owner and transfers data into a standard format for ERP system

+ Understands business data standards, policies and procedures and applies them appropriately to data

+ Recognizes business data dependencies

+ Knowledgeable in the treatment of data dependencies

Key Skills:

+ Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field preferred

+ Minimum 3 years experience with SAP Material Management module

+ Following experience with Global Material Codes

+ Creation and extensions (raw, semi-finished, finished, packaging, planning and service)

+ Reactivations/Deactivations

+ Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint)

Additional Detail :

+ We appreciate all our applicants, but we are not able to sponsor now; no C2C or H-1B.

+ There is no ‘per diem’ with this position, and must be able to work on W-2 hourly basis.

+ There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
