Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Build, troubleshoot and maintenance of variety of SharePoint sites that support various staging data, performance and controls

Possess the knowledge to use tools such as control charts, comparative analysis, what if analysis and scatter diagrams to measure relationships

Ability to create and interpret variability differences with deep subject matter expertise in scorecard performance for Card, Auto, and Overdraft collections

Possess a curious proactive mindset to design and enhance existing business reporting

Facilitate business requirements and functional design discussions with Business Owners / requestors

Manage large scale cross line of business processes

Design, create, run and maintenance the Recognition program for multiple lines of businesses including Auto, Card & Overdraft

+ Skills & Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of business performance knowledge of Auto, Card, Mortgage and Overdraft

+ 3+ years of collection performance knowledge in Auto, Card and Overdraft

+ Advance knowledge of business desktop platforms such as First Assist, TCSF, iCAF, First Support & V-desk

+ Advanced experience in Tableau and Access database with the ability to design, build, automate and support a variety of business performance tools

+ Advance programming knowledge and use of SQL, HTML, CSS, INFO Path, visual basics language to code and write queries

+ Subject matter expert for XLOB Collections performance, variability builds and Ad-hoc requests

+ Proven ability to read, interpret visual displays and understand where and how to extract and mine data from Info One, Webstats, PC01PDM, PC01rec, CUEmulate, RMS, Teradata & Tableau

+ Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, macros, etc.), SharePoint Automation, and PowerPoint
