We are looking for a Senior Clinical Project Administrator to be office based in Munich.
Your area of responsibility includes:
+ Support of the management in strategic and operational tasks
+ General support of the management in the day-to-day business (among other things assumption of internal projects, optimization of internal processes, preparation of presentations, preparation and follow-up of private and customer appointments including preparation of protocols, updating of databases and systems; travel planning)
+ Support the management in the topics of compliance and data protection
+ Independent processing of projects and assumption of special tasks as well as other administrative tasks
+ Support in travels organization
Education / Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree
+ Professional experience in assistance role or comparable position
+ Ability to work independantly, good organizational skills
+ Proactive, confident and team player
+ Confident in cooperationg with employees and business partners
+ Very good communication and analytical skills
+ Secure handling of MS Office package, presentation techniques
+ Very good English and very good German
