Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking Production Operators to work at an industry-leading biopharmaceutical client of ours in Newark, DE. This is a long-term opportunity (possible temp-to-hire) in the exciting and rapidly growing pharmaceutical industry!

+ Pay: $21.00 per hour

+ Shift : 1st or 2nd Shift 4×10hr Shifts Monday-Thursday 6a-4:30p OR 4p-2:30a 3 day weekends!

+ Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

+ Duration : Long-term Opportunity (Possible Temp-to-Hire)

Job Responsibilities:

+ Must demonstrate ability to properly operate equipment, perform equipment set-up/change-over/cleanups, assist in preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment problems

+ Performs responsibilities ensuring compliance with Newark Site standards, policies, and SOP’s, as well as performing job responsibilities in compliance with Safety, Health & Environment standards. To include: following and properly completing all activities while in compliance with GMP policies, safety requirements, and ensuring required documentation

+ Works with Process Facilitators and other Operators/Mechanics/Technicians to identify and implement opportunities for improvements in equipment/production efficiencies.

+ Supports new equipment start-up and quickly learns new systems, equipment and procedures.

+ Supports the development/validation of new products/procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ 2+ years of experience in a GMP production environment (Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

+ Basic mechanical aptitude

+ Must be flexible to change and possess ability to perform duties with minimum supervision.

+ Lifting requirements may be up to 50 lbs
