Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance of a loan portfolio within the NA Loans Market supporting the Conduit portfolio.

-Responsible for validation/coordnation of new lender set up for syndicated facilities when Citi is Lead bank.

-Assist with compiling assignment rules and financial reporting schedules within the loan legal documentation.

-Cash reconcilement within our Cash break manager/recon platform

-Experience with Syndicated Credit Agreements preferred.

-Must be an exceptional communicator both written (email) and verbal.

-Must articulate expectations clearly, while demonstrating etiquette and tact with all communications.

- Manage processing of daily loan activity within highly demanding timelines and competing priorities.

-Ensure compliance of all activity within the terms of applicable credit agreement.

-Provide feedback to management of any potential client or control issues within the Operations.

-Identify process or procedural improvements within the Ops group with both internal and external partners to create efficiencies. -Able to work with multiple groups to ensure a streamline process -Must be versatile and demonstrate the ability to resolve issues/escalations while ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

+ Customer/client facing experience in a Financial Institution or related industry a plus

+ Experience with accounting and reconciliation a plus

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills a must

+ Must be able to handle highly demanding counterparties and desks.

+ Must think independently and resolve potential issues for future processing while being able to work in a team environment

+ Superb written and verbal communication

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office with focus on Word and Excel

+ Able to effectively analyze legal documentation such as credit agreements
