Job Description

As a Business UAT Analyst II on the Centralized Testing and Release Management team in CCB Operations Infrastructure, you will support quality experiences for systems supporting internal employees and Chase customers. You will lead a team that is responsible for user acceptance testing of software applications used by our Call Center Specialists or other departments across CCB and/or channels used directly by our Chase customers such as automated phone systems and the chase.com website. You will evaluate test processes/tools to identify opportunities for improvement, automation or consolidation of test practices. You will develop test planning, execution, and reporting strategies in alignment with Coordinated Releases. This role will be responsible for leadership of multiple test efforts as well as providing leadership, mentoring and coaching to employees in support of the UAT Manager.

Technical Skills:

+ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications.

+ Expertise in industry standard testing tools such as or similar to ALM.

+ Proven experience with manual and automation testing tools and strategies.

+ Experience with web testing methods and writing SQL queries as well as automation scripting is preferred.

Knowledge Base/Education:

+ Expert knowledge of testing practices and processes. 5+ years previous leadership experience (or equivalent) strongly preferred.

+ 3+ years of experience in user acceptance testing strongly preferred. Expert in test planning, designing, execution and defect management.

+ Experience with test automation is strongly preferred. Experience with leading testing staff in a matrix environment.

+ Strong knowledge and experience in working with projects following waterfall or agile methodology.

General Skills/Attributes:

+ Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as good leadership presence.

+ Experience in working with cross-functional and global team members.

+ Aptitude to quickly learn new business functions.
