The Sourcing Analyst in Global Sourcing Center of Excellence will be based in Wilmington, Delaware. The role will be responsible for the execution and the handling of specific operational procurement activities for direct materials, indirect goods and services and associated tasks. These include, but are not limited to, updating SAP systems with supplier and material information, generating reports to drive improved operational procurement performance, building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support operational excellence, and supporting projects to improve Solenis’ source-to-pay processes . Potential future career paths exist within Global Sourcing, both within the Center of Excellence operations or as a buyer of direct or indirect goods and services, and into other parts of the company, depending upon need, fit, desire and aptitude.


+ Managing Supplier data in SAP by creating and maintaining accurate vendor details, contracts, and price updates.

+ Preparing reports and providing analytical support to procurement leadership and business groups for direct material activities, including undertaking market analysis.

+ Supporting new supplier qualifications to expand supply base (raw material request and supplier documentation processes)

+ Maintaining consistent SAP data taxonomy according to guidelines, resolving internal customers concerns/issues and updating databases

+ Building positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

+ Supporting projects to improve Solenis’ source-to-pay processes

+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in applicable field of work – science, supply chain, business etc.

+ Experience in Procurement preferred

+ Proficiency in written and spoken English

+ Proficiency in SAP required with direct material and source to pay experience a plus

+ Data/market analysis and presentation skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio etc. and their higher-level functions such as Microsoft Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP command, etc.

+ Experience with Tableau and Open Text Software a plus

+ Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio a plus
