Job Description


We are currently seeking experienced, dependable and hard-working Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure that vacated units are thoroughly restored to “market ready” condition in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards.

Duties include:

+ Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist

+ Perform duties to restore units to “market-ready” status to include but not limited to: painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc.

+ Assist with the quality control inspections as needed

+ Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed

+ Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.

+ Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments.


+ Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls

+ Self starter with ability to work independently

+ Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards

+ Ability to understand and follow direction

+ Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties

+ Ability to communicate effectively

+ Own hand tools


+ Minimum three years of related experience

+ Valid Driver’s License
