We are seeking self-motivated,energetic, detail oriented, highly organized, tech-savvy Registered Nurses to join our Workers Compensation Field Case Management team. This opportunity offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and a performance-based bonus paid out on a monthly or quarterly basis. Work from home position that includes daily travel in a multi-county area around Philadelphia, PA and Wilmington, DE areas to facilitate client participation in medical treatment plans towards full rehabilitation. The Case Manager coordinates and attends appointments with clients and medical providers, problem solves clinical issues, coordinates and facilitates treatment needs as well as maintains ethical standards in all case management activities.


The ideal candidate will be outgoing and thrive in a fast paced environment where every day is different. This job involves travel to different physician offices every day, meeting with injured workers and advocating for them to ensure that their needs are being met and that they understand and are compliant with their treatment plan. This job involves coordination between employers, insurance adjusters, physicians and injured workers to ensure everyone has all pertinent information related to the file. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and think out of the box to problem solve, will coordinate treatment and care in a timely manner.
