Summary/ObjectiveThe NEW HOME SALES ADMIN is responsible to provide wide ranging administrative support to the Sales team. Essential Functions1. Promote and maintain a culture that values safety, health and cleanliness.2. Represent the organization consistently with its target image.3. Prepare and distribute sales reports for weekly meetings, including graphs and descriptions.4. Draft and prepare a variety of highly confidential documents including letters and memos, facilitatingcorrespondence with customers, tenants, and staff.5. Prepare and review contracts, selections and correspondence as directed by Sales Manager; this may requirecollecting and analyzing information, initiating communication, and following up on results6. Establish and maintain customer files in an organized, timely, and accurate manner.7. Prepare/process vendor invoices for payment in accordance with established Reybold accounting procedures.8. Assist in the development of office procedures and guidelines for internal compliance9. Assist sales staff with customer overflow traffic, color selections, and showing model homes10. Proactively establish office needs and order office supplies, marketing materials etc11. Assist in planning events and/or organizing events for sales functions12. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops as needed.13. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed14. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such ascomputers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfullyperform the essential functions of this job.This is largely a sedentary role; however, a portion of the time will be spent on feet to greet and possibly walking totour customers.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Hours of work are Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per weekwith occasional overtime.TravelNo travel is expected for this position.Required Education and Experience1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.2.
