2019 Fall Technology Co-Op Opportunity: Enterprise Services (Job Number: 203259W-01)


The Specialty Products Division of DowDuPont is a global
innovation leader with technology based materials, ingredients and solutions

We are currently seeking talented, business-minded
college students to join our TechnologyDevelopment Program in Enterprise Services:

Technology Co-OpProgram – requires a commitment of five months or more, with session availability
starting in September 2019. The positions are located at our headquarters in
Wilmington, DE.

Our Technology Development Programs provide a variety of
meaningful assignments that will enable you to gain valuable experience in the
rapidly changing worlds of information technology, enterprise service delivery,
and end user experience.

As a Co-Op youwill have an opportunity to do the following:

+ Adopt and embrace DowDuPont’s core values ofsafety, ethics, respect for people, and environmental stewardship both on apersonal and business level.

+ Work in a dynamic team environment thatleverages the resources of a large organization.

+ Participate in work-specific training anddevelopment.

+ Work with experienced technology professionalsin the performance of responsibilities.

+ Develop an understanding of service managementincluding ITIL processes and how Dow DuPont utilizes these processes in our dayto day operations.

+ Gain exposure to both the domestic andinternational aspects of DowDuPont’s user base and understand how criticaloperations are to business continuity and productivity on a global scale.

+ Help DowDuPont continue to improve our servicemanagement offerings including expanding our capability to more effectively"Run IT as a Business".

The following requirements MUST be met for consideration in the Technology Co-Op Program :

+ Currently enrolled as a full-time student at anaccredited college or university

+ Currently at least a sophomore in an undergraduatebachelor’s degree program

+ A minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred

+ Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computingand Information Management, Management Information Systems, Business or relatedfield

+ Strong interpersonal and leadership experience -such as community volunteerism

+ Organizational and analytical ability

+ Microsoft Office Suite experience – (especiallyExcel) and SharePoint

+ Available to complete the entire assignment

+ Have the right to work in the U.S. withoutrestriction
