Do you want to enhance the way that businesses manage employee access to their finances digitally? Do you want to revel in the complexity of building a robust user permission suite of tools to give businesses peace of mind? Are you excited to provide a simple and intuitive experience for businesses to leverage these tools? Then we want you! As a Product Manager in Small Business Bank, you will collaborate with technology, marketing, and operations delivery on strategy to provide a comprehensive business identity experience for small businesses.

On any given day in Small Business Bank you’ll be:

+ Empowered. Owning the success and life cycle of a given product line (such as business user permission management), setting its strategy and driving towards improvements to your KPIs.

+ Learning constantly. Work deeply with technologists and data scientists in building cutting edge solutions to provide solutions to businesses in managing their users.

+ Innovating relentlessly. Pushing big change by starting small, testing, and learning your way to something new.

+ Sharing openly. Telling stories that change the way people think about building products and solving problems, and that illustrate the power of what software can do to make them even better.

+ Succeeding strategically. Solving the right problem, and holding on the wrong one. Getting big by starting small.

In this role you will:

+ Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for one or more key product initiatives. Plan research in these areas and leverage insights to shape the product backlog.

+ Partner closely with technology and design teams to bring the product vision to life, delivering features in a lean, iterative, and nimble way. Lead backlog refinement activities within an Agile team, specifically defining and writing user stories and acceptance criteria for platform and product enhancements.

+ Drive day-to-day prioritization of work operations, projects and scope; translate product intent to partner teams and bring in other product team members when appropriate.

+ Exhibit a strong command of agile product development, coaching the team towards the balance of agile best practices vs. adaptation of process, as appropriate.

+ Participate in Design Thinking exercise, and other human-centered methodologies for innovation to solve complex problems and develop experiences that make meet practical needs for business owners.

+ Exhibit a bias to action and a proven track record of delivering minimum viable products and business models to market at a rapid speed.

+ Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity.

+ Possess a blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytical reasoning.

What we are looking for:

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making.

+ Strategic thinking and the ability to effectively identify new opportunities but also question existing assumptions .

+ Grounding in human centered design with a natural empathy .

+ Strong communication and influencing skills .

+ Highly self-motivated, self-starter that is adept at taking initiative .

+ At least 1 year of digital product management experience.

+ At least 1 year of Agile product management experience.
