WSFS Bank is currently seeking aTreasury Analyst. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for the management of the daily money market activity for the bank and the daily operations of the Money Desk. The incumbent will manage the Bank’s daily liquidity position by ensuring regulatory reserve requirements and balance maintenance requirements are fulfilled, analyzing and managing cash concentration to provide optimum cash balances where required, and investing excess cash balances to maximize returns. The incumbent will execute transactions in money market liabilities and assets including Federal Home Loan Bank Advances, Federal funds, Brokered CDs, and repurchase agreements. The incumbent will prepare journal entries to account of all daily Treasure Money Desk related cash transactions. The Treasury Analyst will have exposure to various aspects of the Bank’s investment portfolio, fixed income portfolio accounting, regulatory reporting, and securities trading and settlement.
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM position, located at our Bank Center in Wilmington, DE.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration required.
+ Some banking and/or finance experience preferred.
+ Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, especially related to fixed-income securities, preferred.
+ Must have strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products.
+ Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.

+ Dexterity is mandatory as this job requires frequent use of hands and fingers.

+ This position requires regular lifting and moving of 10-25 lbs.
