CSC’s Litigation Management Services is seeking a Team Leader to join a high-functioning and driven leadership team.
The Project Team Leader manages a dynamic team of PMs tasked with delivering projects that span a range of objectives including innovation, process improvement, automation, operational support and client onboarding. Project Team also provides first-level technical support for relevant internal and customer-facing applications. A successful candidate will be comfortable managing resources, project intake, communication and timely delivery of agreed upon project results.

+ Manage and monitor project status and progress
+ Focus on maturing project intake and execution practices
+ Ensure effective communication with relevant stakeholders
+ Leads workgroup meetings, sets agendas and presents topics
+ Ensures that work is being prioritized appropriately
+ Establishes individual and team goals
+ Coaches employees to drive performance
+ Completes and administers performance reviews and salary cycle
+ Responsible for recruitment, discipline, termination and other HR actions
+ Creates an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
+ Works as an integral part of the leadership team for a national operations team
+ Delegates tasks effectively and sets deadlines
+ Designs and implements process and operational policies
+ Listens to team members’ feedback and resolves any issues or conflicts
+ Recognizes high performance and rewards accomplishments
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
+ Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required
+ 3-5 years of project management experience
+ Process improvement experience preferred
+ Leadership/management experience
+ Comfort level with learning and using new technology
+ A proven history of successfully mentoring and developing employees
+ Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email
+ Excellent change management skills
+ Demonstrated history of working successfully within a team dynamic
+ Ability to link day-to-day activities with overarching strategic goals
+ Strong computer skills
