Job Description:

This teammate will be responsible for oversight of models owned by and impacting Consumer Advanced Solutions and Digital Banking, including managing an intake process for model evaluation, facilitating potential models through Model Governance process, reporting on model health, and managing the attestation process. This role will require close partnership with Model Management team, including management of remediation milestones tied directly to cross-Consumer AIAI, which will result in a more robust model inventory process in the FLU.

Additionally, this teammate will be responsible for the E2E management of the Ops Loss identification and reporting process, including managing an intake process for potential ops losses; integration across the LOBs, Finance, and Technology for debate and escalation of potential losses; and reporting.

• Support and manage Attestation efforts for the Consumer Advanced Solutions and Digital Banking Inventory & Model/Critical Use Spreadsheet processes

Support and manage Operational Losses E2E

• Prepare Dashboard & Monthly Reporting package to provide key information across

Required Skills:

5+ years of Oversight/Governance, Business Control, Compliance and/or Risk experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Attention to detail

• Ability to succinctly convey information to executive leaders and stakeholders

Desired Skills:

• SharePoint

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

• Experience with Compliance and/or Operational Risk

• Previous experience in Consumer and Small Business

• Previous Model and/or Operational Loss management experience

Enterprise Job Description:

Independently initiates and/ or leads eCommerce/ ATM marketing programs, initiatives, channel strategies and research projects. Works closely with business partners in creating new eCommerce/ ATM products and implementing new marketing approaches. May provide guidance to junior staff but has no formal supervisory responsibility
