Key Job Responsibilities:
+ Managing customer, consumer and market research, as well as the integration, investigation, and reporting of business performance data – identifying trends and patterns to gain insight and provide actionable recommendations that accelerate growth
+ Strongly interact with Business Group Leader, Area Division Leaders, MOM’s and Sales and Marketing community
+ Occasional Interaction with ESC and Managing Directors
+ Experience in managing and leading large projects and teams, communicating with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, preferably in agile environment.
+ 5+ years in market research, business, business intelligence, analytics and/or data science.
+ Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
+ Extensive experience scoping and delivering research and basic reporting capabilities
+ Advanced analytics solutions in a geo-distributed matrixed organization – B2B and Retail.
+ Team builder with strong communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and an ability to lead with influence.
+ Master of Business Analytics, Master of Business Administration, Masters degree in a technical field
+ Strong technical, analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
+ Competency in Predictive Analytics Software (R, SAS, Python) and Data Warehouse (Microsoft SQL Server, COGNOS) preferred.
+ Experience with category management / space planning software (i.e. Prospace), 3rd party consumer metrics (i.e. Nielsen, Ad Dynamics) and visualization software (MS Power BI, Tableau) an asset.
Travel: around 40% of working time
Work Location: Please note that the position is open for 3 considered locations: Germany: Neuss n. Dusseldorf / United Kingdom: Bracknell n. London / Poland: Kajetany n. Warsaw. Final location for this position will depend on candidate’s current location and mobility.
Salary – dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package.
