Organization Systems Resource (Job Number: 202899W-01)


The Integrated Operations (IO) organization has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Organizational Systems Resource. The position will be located in Wilmington, Delaware. The person will be a key member of the Business and Supply Chain Continuous Improvement (CI) team and will have accountability for working across the IO organization. The role will create, manage, and improve Sharepoint, Web based, and other communication media for each of the functions across IO to manage communication, documents, and reporting processes. The role will also have accountability for marrying the overall approach of communication, standards, and document control across the many sharepoint sites in Integrated Operations. The role will work closely with the Business Analytics Specialist and the Database/System Architect roles also part of the CI team. Key customers of this role are the E&I IO Leader, the IO Line of Business Leaders and IO functional leaders. This role will also facilitate standard training and certification across IO including Six Sigma and CPIM. The role will report to the Business and Supply Chain CI Leader.

Key responsibilities of this job include:

+ Create, manage, distribute IO communications and Organization Notices working directly with the Integrated Operations Leader. Provide support to the E&I IOL in communications planning, creation and distribution.

+ Works with IO leadership in scheduling / coordinating broad communications, town halls, other media

+ Design, test, and implement the right views, measurements and processes for an organization or function that provides effective archiving and retrieval of information.

+ Developing, maintaining and improving Sharepoint and other systems utilized throughout IO for communication, document control, and business processes.

+ Works across IO leadership to maintain key organization documents such as organization charts, goals, directives.

+ Creates for review and distribution, organization announcements and other leadership communications.

+ Creates and maintains tracking systems for IO certifications such as six sigma and APICS.

+ Works with CI learning leaders in coordinating and tracking training programs across E&I.

+ Training and supporting end users of implemented business communications processes and sharepoint utilization.. Applying change management best practices to understand end user training requirements and to ensure that each user receives the training and support they require to perform their jobs effectively.

+ Partners with CI reporting SMEs in creating and maintain control tower processes and visibility.

+ Supporting the team for adherence to defined repeatable processes; Ensuring architecture designs align with technology strategies and standards; Championing new standards as required

+ Participating in the IO Continuous Improvement community to help capture new business requirements, obtain the required business data, develop, test and launch reports and analytics. Lead or participate in business analytics projects within the Electronics and Imaging organization.

+ Participation in corporate projects to support major activities such as spin/merge, technology or platform changes.

+ Working as part of a team with Enterprise Data Management colleagues and providing support to colleagues to enhance excellence within the department.

+ Experience in written communications across a global organization.

+ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; prefer in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or Engineering, with demonstrated expertise in design of business analytics.

+ Prefer at least 5 years of hands-on business or operational expertise in an ERP environment.

+ Advanced proficiency using Excel, Access and Tableau or similar data visualization software.

+ A minimum requirement for this U.S.-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis (must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident or qualifying Asylee/Refugee).
