Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Digital organization provides support for the CCB businesses which serve more than 61 million consumers and 4 million small businesses across Consumer, Business and Mortgage Banking, Card Services, Auto Finance and Merchant Services. Chase serves approximately one out of every six Americans through more than 5,600 bank branches; 19,000 ATMs; mortgage offices; online and mobile banking; as well as relationships with auto dealerships, schools and universities. is the most visited banking portal in United States, and Chase Mobile users are growing at a rate of nearly 350,000 per month. Chase is undertaking an aggressive digital transformation agenda, which builds on the success of the current mobile and online service offerings. Chase is investing in innovative ways to deepen customer engagement and profitability through the use of digital channels. The ambition is to position Chase as the undisputed leader in digital financial services and payments to enable Chase to deliver the highest personalized, real time experiences that customers expect. This highly visible role will focus on workforce management across CCB Digital including oversight and reporting of financials and headcount and articulating those financials to senior management. Strong technical abilities with knowledge of financial systems/related process workflows and the ability to simplify/analyze large data sets in order to tell the story behind the financials will be critical for this role. Additionally, this role will maintain and create Workforce Management reporting, analytics, and MIS for the CCB Digital organization and partner closely with CCB P&A to ensure solutions support the overall needs for CCB Technology inclusive of the Digital organization. In addition, this role is responsible for coordinating, communicating, and driving the location strategy and space needs of the CCB Digital organization, supporting all real estate requests analytics. The successful candidate is a leader who thinks holistically about business, technology, and finance. This analytical, strategic, results-oriented leader is a structured, highly-organized individual who can flexibly adapt to a fast paced environment, has superior program management and communication skills and works well across a broad organization and in a matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Develop a centralized workforce management solution and toolset that allows for consistent/streamlined management and reporting of headcount across a large matrixed organization

+ Responsible for coordinating, communicating and driving location strategy and space allocations for CCB Digital in support of our Agile transformation and co-location objectives; including analytical support to ensure we are optimizing our decisions

+ Manage and coordinate location strategy and related internal real estate costs for CCB Digital. Advise on location options to make informed real estate decisions

+ Maintain and refine key metrics and performance indicators measuring efficiency of the CCB Digital organization, including alignment to key locations, structure, and shape of the organization

+ Assist with the coordination and maintenance of CCB Digital project portfolio and headcount reporting at the product / tribe level

+ Develop and manage the migration strategy for our Bay Area colleagues to the new Palo Alto campus, set to come on line in 2Q2020

+ Manage, coordinate and support all GRE sponsored events impacting CCB Digital Tech & Non-Tech (nearly 4,000 employees)


+ Bachelor’s degree required – degree in Finance, MIS, or Economics preferred

+ 7+ years’ experience in financial management environment with previous experience supporting Technology organizations preferred

+ Advanced systems skills required including in-depth knowledge of Excel, Essbase and PowerPoint

+ Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and Business Objects preferred

+ Experience partnering in either a Finance and/or Business Management capacity and providing insights/recommendations to senior management

+ Detail oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately, on a timely basis, and in a presentable manner

+ Capacity and desire to work both at a strategic and detailed analysis level

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must

+ Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner that tells the story behind financials in a compelling way

+ Individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team situation

+ Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and handle competing priorities under pressure

+ Self-motivated individual to go beyond immediate responsibilities

+ Confident and personable attitude with the ability to face off with senior management at all levels, influence/handle difficult messages, and resolve conflicts
