This position works closely with Direct Management, Operations Support management, and all areas within Navient and its subsidiaries to identify and evaluate opportunities for improvements in processes and activities executed throughout the organization. The RPA Anayst will need to work on requirements, documentation, development, and deployment of any automations or software developed to address identified opportunities. The RPA Analyst will also be relied upon to propose the most optimal solution for an identified area of opportunity, whether it be purely automation based or a hybrid of automation and standard software options (Web Services, API calls, Software development, database integration, etc.).This individual should have experience with automation development software such as UiPath, PEGA Robotics, or Blue Prism, they also should be familiar with software development that utilizes one of the following: SQL Server (SSIS/SSRS), HTML, Visual Studio, Java, AJAX, JSON, JQUERY, ASPX, C#, VB, XML. The RPA Analyst will create solutions that run autonomously or assisted by agents; in execution these solutions must adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines including but not limited to: FDCPA, TCPA, Reg E, NACHA, state specific laws, etc…This position will make decisions while leading projects and initiatives in which they will be responsible for interfacing with, and potentially driving conversations through conference calls, face-to-face, or written correspondence, with additional support and IT teams, logging defects and providing detailed updates to project managers, as well as being able to convey solutions to their management staff and peers and provide supporting documentation of the solution. In addition, RPA Analysts will be responsible for providing peer review of ad hoc reporting, change management, implementation of scheduled changes, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures

-This position will support a federal government contract. Applicants must be able to obtain Public Trust security clearance as required of federal government contractors to include a background check conducted by the U.S. Government to determine eligibility and suitability for federal contract employment for public trust or sensitive positions. For this level of clearance, applicants must possess U.S. citizenship- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or three Software/Hardware Certifications that could support an enterprise call center
- 6 years of progressive call center management experience or 3 years of IT experience that translates to the support of an enterprise call center- Microsoft Office proficiency – Demonstrated analytical skills with proven ability to identify and resolve issues- Proficiency following appropriate documented change management procedures- Proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL) or equivalent.- Proficiency utilizing automation software to meet business needs
