Office 365 Service Delivery Analyst (Job Number: 202473W-03)
The successful candidate will perform hands-on tasks to manage and maintain our Office 365 tenant and related tools. Our Office 365 infrastructure is utilized across the globe; in this role the successful candidate will provide run and maintain support to our global organization and administer our Office 365 tenant. Additional focus of this position will involve integration of O365 tools into global processes.
Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Manage and monitor Office 365 services
+ Document changes to the systems using change management best practices.
+ Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.
+ Assist with the migration of large volumes of data into the cloud platform.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.
+ Maintain a good understanding of upcoming changes to the platforms to assist with user change management.
+ Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.
+ Ensure service delivery meets the business requirements (based on defined SLAs).
+ Deliver consistent results for incident mgmt and problem escalation
+ Champion the adoption of Office 365 services as appropriate for our business.
+ Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.
+ Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, and data center operation teams, to facilitate effective issue resolution.
Additional Technical Skills
+ Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and it’s interaction with Active Directory.
+ Knowledge of Office 365 Teams/Groups/Video/Delve/Power BI.
+ Supporting Skype for Business and troubleshooting call quality issues.
+ Experience managing directory sync into Azure AD would be helpful
+ Supporting the sync and sharing of large volumes of data with OneDrive.
+ Advanced skills managing Office 365 using PowerShell.
+ Exporting usage and licensing information through Office 365 reporting.
+ Deep understanding of supporting O365 applications.
+ Ability to multitask using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
+ Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
+ Capability to work as an effective member of a global team.
+ Ability to relate the goals of IT service delivery to business goals.
+ A focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge:
+ 5+ years of experience with Exchange (on premise/online) administration.
+ 2+ years of Office 365 (over 1000 users) administration experience.
+ Office 365 or any other Microsoft certifications a plus.
+ Experienced and well versed in all Microsoft environments.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge:
+ Considerable knowledge of managing Office 365 and other related cloud solutions.
+ Experience in supporting users of Office 365 globally
+ Understanding in managing user authentication
+ Ability to create advanced PowerShell scripts to schedule repeatable Office 365 actions.
