Job Description

Terrific opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic legal assistant to work with one of Kelly Services’ top corporate clients in Wilmington! Kelly Legal Managed Services is seeking candidates with experience managing daily workflow and administrative services to work closely with our client’s attorneys and paralegals, as well as the finance and information technology departments. Administrative duties require specific knowledge of federal, state and local courts, and agency filing procedures. This is a tremendous long-term temporary to possible permanent opportunity for candidates who meet the qualifications below.

Duties

+ Handle time-sensitive confidential material, often highly critical to business operations

+ Generate and coordinate legal and administrative correspondence and documents, such as contracts, agreements, presentations, and Excel spreadsheets, using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Workshare

+ Input data for litigation and non-litigation matters

+ Act as a statistical and informational resource for businesses in operational and administrative functions

+ Manage, interpret, compare, search, and retrieve data and legal correspondence in databases

+ Assist attorney/paralegals in procuring information from businesses to meet deadlines

+ Interact with businesses to independently coordinate information flow

+ Coordinate compliance of Corporate Records and Information Management Program

+ Arrange US and international business travel

Qualifications

+ Must have prior experience as a legal assistant or executive administrative assistant

+ Associate’s degree or higher

+ High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

+ Demonstrated ability to maintain and protect confidential information

+ Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

+ Proactive in anticipating business needs and determining effective resolution of results

+ Strong attention to detail, reading comprehension, and analysis and judgment skills

+ Tech savvy; experience with Concur, T360, Workday, OneIP and/or SRM highly desired
