Description:

We are growing rapidly and are seeking all levels of Restaurant personnel for Philadelphia & Wilmington markets.

We have multiple locations and growing each year.

We need more high level support to maintain quality operations.

All positions require excellent verbal and written skills, in both English and Spanish, strong customer service skills and the ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve.

Restaurant General Manager

Job Responsibilities: This role would suit an experienced and driven General Manager, who is looking for their next challenge. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ management experience, within a fast food industry is REQUIRED. No “job hoppers” please…. No more than 2 jobs held within the past 5 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership from day one to build your business. You will drive the sales and performance of the restaurant. As General Manager, you will be commercially savvy and customer focused. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shift, whilst leading your team from the front, ensuring that the team work collectively to go above and beyond to exceed brand standards. You need to be willing to work most weekends (and have 2 days off during the week) and a variety of different shift patterns including very early mornings and late nights.

Department / Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities: You will work within a management team under the direct supervision of your Store Manager to cohesively achieve excellence in customer service and sales building. You will support the Store Manager in ensuring the efficient running of the restaurant in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also provide leadership, coaching and direction to all crew members to ensure there is an engaged, motivated and skilled team who are customer focused. Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. You need to be willing to work most weekends (and have 2 days off during the week) and a variety of different shift patterns including very early mornings and late nights. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

The Assistant Manager responsibilities may include provide leadership, coaching and direction to all crew members to ensure there is an engaged, motivated and skilled team who are customer focused. Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.

Some managers also lead Departments. These managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.

The Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities may include making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the

Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.

The Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items that are added to the menu.

The People Department Manager responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. This manager’s responsibilities may also include making sure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.

Shift Manager

Job Responsibilities: As a Shift Manager, you will support the management team in the day to day running of the Restaurant in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will support the team by leading by example with an enthusiastic and adaptable approach. You must be a team player with a will do attitude and be committed to exceeding customer expectations. You’ll be someone who is open, outgoing, up for the challenge and has good people skills. On top of that you’re the type of person who goes the extra mile and always looks for what they can learn from other people. As this is a people-led business, you’ll be a good listener and a team player who is adaptable, open to change and open-minded. You’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with each area of the restaurant and be a really quick learner. A logical mind and great people skills are really important too. You need to be willing to work most weekends (and have 2 days off during the week) and a variety of different shift patterns including very early mornings and late nights.

· Managing shifts to consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness

· Take accountability of business results and promotions

· Attend and participate in weekly managers’ meetings

· Complete, verify and monitor food safety procedures during the shift

· Maintain stock levels, ensure accurate orders are placed, in addition to the quality and condition of products

· Managed completion of planned maintenance and cleaning tasks

· Encourage customer feedback, and respond to customer complaints confidently and follow the customer recovery process

· Create a positive, dynamic and energized working environment

· Manage schedules, and ensure labor controls are in place

· Ensure the best service is delivered to our customers every time
